Your site will removed from our directory without a prior notification if it violates the rules below, refunds will not be provided.
Do not submit adult sites containing obviously sexual image galleries or child pornography.
Do not submit sites containing gambling, casino, other activity with an entry fee and a prize or links to other sites that contain it.
Do not submit sites containing libel, materials violating the copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy.
Do not submit sites support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other “get rich quick” schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs.
Do not submit sites containing the propaganda of violence, hatred, fraud, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity
Do not submit sites containing pirate software or links to other sites that contain it.
Do not submit sites selling or advertising weapons, ammunition, and other illegal products and activities.
Do not submit sites selling or advertising prescription drugs, narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety.
Do not submit sites with popup windows that interfere with viewing the main content of the site.
Do not submit sites that are created only for Search Engines.
Do not submit mirror sites that have the same content, but different URLs.
Do not submit sites that are under construction. Make sure that all images and links on your site work properly.
Do not submit sites that redirect visitors to another site.

WebLinkPress is provided to everyone free of charge and without any warranties or guarantees. You may only use WebLinkPress for legal purposes and for your own personal use. WebLinkPress uses its best efforts to maintain all our services provided on WebLinkPress but is not responsible for the results of any defects that exist in WebLinkPress, or any resulting lost profits, loss of data or other consequential damages.
WebLinkPress currently provides users with access to a collection of resources, including, a directory of the internet’s websites (the “Service”). You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements, sponsored links, promotional listings, or paid placement.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. WebLinkPress reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
The Service provides links to other World Wide Web sites or sources. Because WebLinkPress has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that WebLinkPress is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
E-mail address are stored securely and used to notify you when your site is submitted and when your submission expires.
WebLinkPress will never send unsolicited mail or sell, share or give addresses to anybody. Your privacy is important to us and we will respect it at all times. If you decline renewal of your sponsored submission your address will be removed from the secure database.
We are constantly checking for unresponsive websites. If a website is unresponsive for 48 hours it is removed from the directory.
If the content of a website changes after submission in such a way that it violates our submission or quality guidelines in any way it will be removed.
WebLinkPress do not offer refunds for removed websites. It is your responsibility to contact us if you are having any form of problem that will cause your website to be unresponsive for over 48 hours. If we are contacted we will gladly park your website out of public view until the problem is resolved.
WebLinkPress liability for any legal claim is limited to the amount paid. In the absence of any monetary transaction WebLinkPress shall have no monetary liability.
